We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that the orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the delivery time frames listed during national holidays & weekend.

Customers may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcel which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact to carrier directly about any parcel issue for further help. They will give you the latest update as we do not have any additional information after we ship your parcel.

ReturnsㆍExchanges
We accept all returns/exchanges within 14days of delivery as long as all items are unworn and the packaging is intact. Customers can only submit ONE request for each order and the refunds can only be issued via store credit.

We cannot be responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a store credit, return, and exchange.

Yes, we do! Our jewelry repair service is available only for all 10K & 14K solid gold items (excluding goildfill jewellery).
Fees apply for repairs if your warranty has expired. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer based on our standard shipping rates. Kindly reach out to us here with your request, along with images of the jewellery you need repaired. Our team will get back to you via email to advise on the repairs and fee upon involved evaluation your jewellery.

A hallmark an official mark that are struck onto noble metals to identify and certify their content.
All of our solid gold products are marked as 10K and 14K certifying that our materials contain 10K or 14K real gold. All of our sterling silver products are marked as 925, certifying that they contain 92.5% pure silver.
Piercings
The materials used in our products are known to be hypoallergenic and to be suitable for sensitive skins: nickel & cadmium free brass, 316L surgical steel, 925 sterling silver, 14K Goldfill and 10K solid gold and 14K solid gold.
Gauge refers to the thickness of the bar/post of the jewelry. The measurements are counterintuitive, meaning the bigger the number, the thinner the bar/post and vice-versa.
The length of the jewelry refers to the wearable length of the barbell that goes through your piercing. It is measured from the top to the bottom of the straight barbell and does not include the balls, the flat plates, or the jewel heads.
Barbells, also called ball-ends or beads, usually unscrew from one or both ends to allow the bar to go through the pierced hole and be secured by screwing the ball back on. It is the standard, traditional piercing back and is easy to wear and to take off.
Labrets have a flat back plate on one end and a threaded jewelry head on the other. We offer labrets that threads internally or externally.
Threadless labrets uses tension between the end and the post to stay together. The removable end has a small insertion pin which is slightly curved. Threadless is a great option for those who cannot stand having to screw on and off every day.
External threading is when the screw is on the outside of the barbell and the ball has a hole in it that the bar then screws into.
Internal threading is when the barbell has a hole in the end and the bead has a screw attached to it that screws down into to barbell.

This is all dependent on how your piercing is healing. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks for lobe piercings and 12 weeks for cartilage. Once this time has passed you are fine to change your jewelry but the piercing may still get irritated from time to time, if this happens we recommend going back to your piercing care routine until it calms.
